WeighNBuy is operated by WeighNBuy Limited. These Terms apply to your use of our website and to purchases made from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with any other policies referred to in them, including our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us is accurate and up to date, including your name, delivery address, email address and payment information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, sizes, colours, compositions, weights, images and other product information are accurate.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Measurements and garment weights may also vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances.

All goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable, and as described, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Product availability is subject to stock. We may withdraw or update products without notice, but this will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

WeighNBuy may price garments using the stated garment weight and the applicable price-per-kilogram rate shown on the website.

The final selling price for each item is shown before you place your order and is recorded in your order confirmation. That final item price is the amount used for any applicable refund.

Where a special weight rule applies to a product or category, it will be shown clearly on the relevant product, basket or checkout information before purchase.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may contact you before dispatch to offer you the option of purchasing at the correct price or cancelling the affected item or order for a refund.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. Receiving an automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where, for example, a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product or order.

A contract between you and WeighNBuy is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, including through our order-processing or dispatch confirmation process.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We may carry out reasonable payment, fraud-prevention and security checks before dispatch.

We will not add optional paid services to your order unless you actively select them.

Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and any applicable charges are shown during checkout.

We aim to deliver within the timeframe stated when you order. Where no specific delivery time has been agreed, your statutory rights concerning delivery times continue to apply.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, although this does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to another person identified by you to take possession of them, subject to applicable consumer law.

We offer a 28-day Returns & Refunds Policy for eligible change-of-mind returns. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

For most products purchased online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us that you wish to cancel.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage unless we tell you otherwise. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service and keeping proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

Where you cancel under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of our standard delivery service where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery charge.

You may inspect and try on clothing as you would reasonably do in a shop. We may make an appropriate deduction from a refund where the value of an item has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law. The refund for an individual returned item is based on the amount actually paid for that item, including any applicable promotional adjustment.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, please contact us before returning it.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not meet your statutory rights, we will provide appropriate return instructions and will bear the reasonable cost of returning the goods where required by law.

Your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by our Returns & Refunds Policy or by these Terms.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility, minimum spend, product exclusions, expiry dates or single-use limits.

Unless we state otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion before it is used, but this will not affect a completed order to which the promotion was validly applied.

The WeighNBuy name, website design, text, graphics, product photography, logos and other website materials are owned by or licensed to WeighNBuy Limited unless stated otherwise.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where permitted by law.

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to comply with these Terms or by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We supply products for private and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or business interruption arising from consumer use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability arising from statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.

The latest version will be published on this page. Changes do not retrospectively alter the terms applying to an order already accepted unless the law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws applicable where you live and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
